Our Charming Rooftop Apartments, located on the top (attica) floor of the residence, offer a particularly bright and peaceful atmosphere, ideal for guests seeking comfort with a touch of exclusivity. Although each apartment has its own orientation and layout, all share the same high standard of furnishings and services.

Each two-room apartment features a separate bedroom with a comfortable queen sized bed and a living area with kitchenette, designed to accommodate up to 2 guests. Further amenities include TV, safe, and free high-speed Wi-Fi. The modern bathroom is equipped with shower, WC and bidet.

For your well-being, complimentary toiletries from the TRANQUILLITY line by [comfort zone] – shampoo, conditioner, body wash, hand soap and body lotion – are provided in every apartment.

All rooftop apartments feature a private balcony, many of them sunny and south- or south-west facing, offering a pleasant outdoor space to relax and enjoy the elevated position. The attica floor is easily accessible by elevator.

When is check-in possible?

The apartments are available from 3 PM on the day of arrival. Please inform the Isarcus Residence at least 24 hours in advance if you plan to arrive after 7 PM.

Is a late check-out possible?

Yes, if the apartment is available, late check-out is possible until 12.00 noon by prior arrangement. Should this period be exceeded, costs will be incurred.

Are there parking facilities?

Yes, free parking is available for guests of Isarcus Residence on site. Reservation is recommended.

Are pets allowed?

No, unfortunately pets are not allowed.

Is the accommodation equipped with a kitchen?

Yes, the apartments have a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need.
